   I'm a little confused about using this mod with Galerion Natural Leveling. Is this mod loaded AFTER that one, to slow down the rate the skills themselves level up? Or should I use this INSTEAD of that one? I'm assuming the former. If anyone knows, please let me know, thank you!

      They can be used together, and it doesn't matter which one is loaded first, they do different things and don't conflict.

   I'm not sure what's wrong. but as soon as I installed this mod i actually started to level up much, much, much faster. I every time I bought or sold anything, even just a single arrow, I gained a point in Mercantile.

   Pop, when your a lower level activate it, and when you get higher into levels deactivate it...

   Good for low levels but when your level 40 like my character then you don't want things to go slower at all.
