A Better Bravil House for Sale

DESCRIPTION:

this mod replaces the interior of the bravil house for sale. you will get nice furniture, a kitchen area, a bathtub and an alchemical sorter (with COBL)... look at the screenshots. they will say more than words.
you can switch almost any light source on and off with fire and frost. but like in real life any fire will turn off after a while.

you still have to buy the house and the furniture as usual. (just follow the quest if you never did this before).
if you already own the house take all of your stuff out of the house! otherwise it may be lost. if you already bought some or all of the furniture, the equivalent will be present in your new house too.

REQUIREMENTS:

OBSE 18 (or higher)



INSTALLATION:

your character must be outside of the house!
copy the contents of this archive to your data folder, enable the files you want to use.

to uninstall this mod use BAIN (wrye bash) to remove the files. i use many common resources that are most likely in use by other mods too. BAIN won't delete files in use.



KNOWN ISSUES and COMPATIBILITY:

- objects from other mods that were added to the house will be invisible for you but still there. if you uninstall this mod you get them back.
