Have to admit, finding the code of certain items is a real annoyance. Even worse when UESP doesn't want to load things properly. A mod like this does save you from having to Alt Tab out of game a lot.
If you need formIDs while in game, you're probably using the console. The books don't replicate anything, therefore aren't a cheat. Its what you, the player, decide to do with the books that makes it "cheating" or not. If you feel its cheating, don't download and don't console. If you are tired of bringing up UESPwiki all the time to go find some specific thing, then this mod is for you.
Defense of the author's intent aside, the only reason I don't download these type of mods is because it really doesnt do anything. Google works just fine for me, copy and pasting my favorites onto notepad is all I have to do. Its not a bad mod. Just not really much of one. Now if you made a quest to acquire them, added a enemy faction called The Order of No Console who are bent on finding and destroying the books containing instructions on how to use the demonic magic known as console command, gave them a battlechant they scream when they engage you in combat like "LOLWUT CHEATING BREAKS GAME!!" and send them after the PC once they've been acquired... that would be a mod.
All in all though, good mod I guess. Didn't conflict with anything I have. If you ever consider updating this, use different book jackets. Would be hilarious if you made them look evil, like the Tome of Unlife.
Well, cheating can break the game, but you MUST be careful with it. I used to spawn Imperial Dragon Armor way before the end game and I couldn't fully beat the game because of that, but if you know how to use the FormIDs properly then this mod should work great for you! The reason I put it in cheating is thats the only use it is for. -.- Why would I make 8 In-game books with a bunch of cheat hex cheats and not expect you to use them AS cheats. So all in all, if you like to get stuff without going and finding it, this mod is for you!
MORE LOCATION INFO: When you walk into the chapel of Chorrol (This is if you go through the central door) you will have to go left then straight, then turn left into that little corner and you should find some books with the FormIDs in them. I hope that helps a bit more. Grazie!
...lolwut... your weird, cheating breaks the game ...lolwut...

I would like to also see this updated with more books adding Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles added.
