You NEED shivering isles updated for this mod to work. And no I'm not sending you a download link to it. That would be illegal. Sheos are the minor races of Sheogorath. They are specialized in magic, and are skilled in the battle magic classes, all you need is the esp file. No biggie. I will make more mods in the future.
