This is a beautiful house inside Bruma city. Good use of that empty space there! It's very very well done and has a nice comfortable ambience to the house. Definitely a keeper. Wonderful job on the planters and flowers too. I don't see enough people decorating with the outside flowers in pots in their house mods.
Not bad. I like the bookshelf ambiance as well, reminds me of my grandparents house. Although I prefer big castles on the edge of a clift, this nice little mod was quite entertaining, well made too.

AWESOME house!! This was exactly what I had been looking for! I've searched through a large number of mods, but there seems to be an amazing lack of free mods of houses, and this one looks great to boot! Like the cozy look, and the abundance of shelves, cases, boxes, etc. My only comment would be to perhaps not have so many items already in the boxes, desk, etc. - not sure if I need yet another pair of brown pants. Furnished is great, but maybe less little items next time. Anyway, a small gripe.
