About that moaning sound, that is NOT attatched to the sword.. I think it's the sound the Blackguards make (Spider daedra sound). I don't know why it keeps repeating itself. And that weird teleportation thing, with you ending up outside the playable-area and then CTDing... that has also happened to me, once. But only once. I have no idea why, since the portal you exit the Elemental Plane through, is just a normal door linked to another normal door in the Deep Halls.
I also had an issue with the 'blacksword chamber' as i'll call it. After taking the sword, I then kill the blackguards and proceed up the stairs to one of the four wall portals (I tested it on each so it doesn't matter which one really) and have no problem entering into the elemental plane area. When I try to exit the elemental plane area back into the dungeon via the blue glowing door/portal, I pop out above the blacksword chamber, not in a room above it, but in the space outside of the structure itself as if I had 'flown' there via the tcl command. Everytime, without fail, my game almost immediately CTD's after just a quick glimpse of where I ended up.
I hope this description helps, though it seems to be a weird problem, since linking to a door that leads to outside of the normal area of collison usually (in my experience) sends the character into and endless fall rather than simply crashing the game.
All and all, though the mod is quite good, as others have stated, it would benefit from fixing the issues with some of the creatures and maybe a little more back story in the form of notes and the like. Maybe some additional custom creepy ambient noises too. And while I'm suggesting things, if I may be so bold, it might be sort of neat/potentially frightening if some of the creatures were purposefully completely invisible (not chameleon with that refraction nonsense). Combined with the already creepy lighting and decor, and creepy sound effects, you could really give people a scare! P.S. Whats the deal with the blacksword anyways? I picked it up, but then upon realizing that the elemental plane portals were CTDing my game, I tcl'd through the blocked way and finished the dungeon, with the blacksword making the scream/moan effect the whole time. Was it intended to be removed from the pack at some point, because its still in my pack as a quest item, though it stopped making the noise after i reloaded the game.

Seems Brasher got the wrong link!
Anyways, massive credits to him for fixing this mod
