Had this for a long time, and I never got around to endorsing.
This looks brilliant in game, and is extremely large. Very gothic looking, and almost foreboding. I actually played with this for personal use, and made its purpose suit its looks. Anyway. Like stated earlier, it doesn't really fit the area and seems to overwhelm everything around it. It would be extremely suitable on a mountain top, however :3
There were a few issues that bugged me alot (discretely puntastic), the first being that every container resets. Bad move there. The second, was that you can swim underneath the dome.. That made me laugh, actually. However, it was an unprofessional mistake that needs attention. The final was that, from the top, you can jump off and slide down the building. There's nothing wrong with that, however, the building has massive holes in it that are only apparent from the top of the tower and slightly further down. These holes should have been plugged with something, because it can be very irritating.
I still love using this mod, just because of how it looks, and I think this endorse is well deserved.
Tried this right after it was released and just forgot to comment. Very cool design and very, very large in-game. The screenshots do not really show just how large this is. It was fun to play with but lacking in execution.
Doesn't fit the chosen location...sorry...just too big for this area. Overwhelms everything else around it. I could totally see this on a mountain top somewhere (similar to Frostcrag design) with a few related quests. Or far out in Topal Bay/Abeccean Sea somewhere. Also would have liked to have more access to the outer architecture.
It's a great start, hope to see more done with it.
This mod is really cool looking. The only comment that I really have is that some of the wall seams seem to jump. I like that you left a lot of the decorating to us. Just a couple of suggestions that I have....instead of the 'chapel' area I would love to see a 'living room' are with real couches and chairs and by the enchantment alters it would be cool to have more of an area for working with alchemy stuff. Thank you for sharing this mod with us.

Nice building, the dome reminds me of St Paul's Cathedral in London, though I've never been there.
And the top level outdoor view is nice.
