This is a upgrade to the waterfront home. Now it looks a little less ghetto and more ghetto fabulous. Backup your items before installing this mod to be safe.
Having a bit more space sounds like a good idea.
But the content of the chests qualifies this MOD for the Cheat section, too much of the good things for a players Home mod.

One case for such small home would be nice
I might use it, but I've placed my items in that shack so well that I'm afraid to lose them, and even positioning them was a pain xP
