   I have made some changes to this so it suitable for a female character. The breathing is from a female and the heartbeat has been changed to what I think is better sound effect (This one has distortion when it is louder) Also changed it so that the sound effects don't start until health or fatigue is below 45%
   The other files are still in there if you want to change it, they are just blank now.

   The heartbeat sample is clipping pretty bad, resulting in distortion

   @Drmcmurderface Yo! This mod is a must have for immersion, love the effect, endorsed, and I am interested in a file where the sounds don't overlap.

   i vote for slow-mo. there's a bullet time mod that is no longer supported that you could extract the scripting from to make this. it would be cool if the slow mo exponentially increased to increase the chance of survival every taken hit.
   
   i also replaced the heartbeat sound files you used for my own heartbeats that increase with speed the louder they get.

   Responding to some of the comments about a slowmo effect at low amounts of health...
   
   I like the idea.
   The slowmo effect makes sense; human beings tend to have their capabilities expanded in near-death moments.
   
   It would work well, but I have no idea how to create such a mod. If anyone has any expertise on this area, and would like to give me a few hints, I would give it a shot.

    ignorem y little rant about breathing from Realistic Fatigue.
    
    This one is not an immersion ruiner. It really fits perfectly for various situations.
