   The rings are intentionally overpowered for people like me who are done with the main quest and just want to roam the country side and test mods.

      This is fun in theory till you suffer crashes for no reason and your auto save file corrupts. Also, for some reason I can't get the game to recognize the item id, I see the position and the index number in the list, but it's not working for me.

   WRONG!!!! If you are walking on water you can go down into the water. Just go down.

   personally i find the switching of the rings reasonable...cant water breathe if you are walking on water and they do about the samething..id just leave it as is

   I like the rings but it interferes with my custom race, Siren. Is it possible to re-make the rings without the Water Walking ability?

   Thanks. While I'm generally not one for cheating to this extent, I plan on using the rings on a companion and seeing how that works out.
