    I love you.
    You know, honestly i don't really understand how someone could play with bethesda games and not get mad having every moron who crosses your char that must say something. Even less how one could do a game with those settings. (well, i've always thought bethesda guys are nutjobs.)

    @iesmeh

    Yeah unfortunately that happens when you have a heavily modded game. It's not really the mod's fault, but how the game engine deals with NPC reactions.

    In certain conditions though (not sure what determines it), the stoplook is generally much more natural.

    I hope some day you get to use this mod again.

    I really enjoyed this mod at first, as the constant hails and guards asking me what I want, etc. got on my nerves. I loved the blessed silence! However, I've noticed that when I approach npcs, they'll now glance at me for a split second, before snapping their heads to a default orientation. It's unnatural looking, and annoying enough to disable the mod for now.

    Looking forward to seeing any improvements you can make to this!

    I think there is one case when people SHOULD greet you from the distance - after completing the main quest or MG/FG/WTFG questlines, so the player can feel like being more famous (or use player's "fame" direclly?).
    This needs some scripting though.

    Mayby you can set the NPC's from quest to dont run or putting the chance of that happen low.
    Seeying an NPC running from us yelling "dont hurt me" is priceless.
    good luck with your work

    Thanks for the endorsement.

    I was thinking more along the lines of scripting it. NPCs with low confidence and maybe lower level/HP value will be afraid and flee if you get close enough for them to recognize you. Might make them use the cower animation instead of making them just flee, because it'll be annoying if your quest target NPC runs away and you have to chase him all over town.

    We'll see what we come up with. I'll probably start working on it tomorrow or the day after.

    i gave the file my endorsement.

    brings more realism in to the game

    @unknownymous

    the problem to do that is that is hard to make a mod that make people run from you if you have high personality and high infamy. Because personalaty have more influence in the npcs than fame or infamy.

    thing's i dont like is to play an evil charater doing dark b. quests and thieves guild quest , and all the npcs threathening me bad. like, an old man saying "i have killed far worse than you" , instead of saying , "please dont kill me", i mean i could kill him with one punch so were is the realism on this npc's behavior.
    And the worst come when you finish main quest and all npcs start calling champion and friend of martin over and over again wich is quite anoying, especialy if are trying to play an infamous assassin.

    Like Paladin said the animations and speeches are all in the game, so you dont need to make new ones

    In that case I'll work on that part eventually. I'll work on the fleeing NPCs part first, because that's as easy as modifying some variables. I could even learn to use the cowering animation while I'm at it. I just need to know what "high" infamy is because I've never been an infamous type.

    Anyway yeah, I've always been bothered that people with whom I have low disposition always treat me like I'm bothering them even if I'm just walking past them. Sometimes I'm just standing around like in Market District and then some angry Orc lady would walk up to me and say, "WHAT!"

    I'd be like, "Lady, you came up to me!" Except that my character can't really talk because of game limitations.

    @UNKNOWNYMOUS:

    You don't really need to make a custom animation. Clapping is already in vanilla oblivion along with different animations for cheering and clapping rather than just one for each.

    But anyway from the sounds of this mod, it really looks interesting. It gets quite annoying when you're walking and everyone greets you. It's especially annoying when you're either walking to the same place/area as someone else or following someone and they keep on turning around to greet you. <_<

    @DavideDomingos:

    Sure, I'll think about it. I guess I can make them flee if your infamy is too high and their confidence is low enough or something like that. Though it's a lot more complicated to make them clap because I'd have to make and use a custom animation, which I have no skill in doing at all. D:
