===========
WHAT IS IT?
===========

This is a very simple mod that changes some game settings regarding NPCs behavior in conversations and greetings. If it bothers you that walking through town or down the road makes every NPC greet you with "What is it, citizen?" and "I've killed far worse than you", then this is the mod for you.

Here is a list of all the things this mod does:
* NPCs will look at you if you're close enough (same as vanilla) but won't greet you with "What is it now?" and the like unless you're practically bumping them.

* NPCs that greet you will move on really quickly to do whatever it was that you were doing if you don't talk to them.

* Makes NPCs look for more conversations with each other by allowing them to find other people at a wider range within the same area. The result is you'll see NPCs looking at each other from afar to start a conversation. This means, it'll seem even more like you're not the most interesting person in town that everybody has to look at you and greet you whenever you pass by!

It will not affect game difficulty, and should not affect performance in any way. Tested on my old machine. :D I have not edited head tracking (where NPCs heads are facing, you know, to look at stuff), so if you get close to them they should still realistically look at you, but won't randomly start talking to you unless you (or they, in terms of scripted/quest NPCs) start a conversation.

BUGS, CONFLICTS AND INCOMPATIBILITIES
=====================================

There are no bugs as far as I know, because it's only a few simple game setting changes. If you do somehow find some bugs or anomalies though, let me know.

This mod will obviously conflict with any mod that alters the same values (values listed below). Otherwise it should be compatible with anything, and can be loaded anywhere on your load order.

Lastly, if I'm not mistaken these values revert to their default values when you load a game with this mod disabled, so uninstallation should be painless.

Do anything you want with it, no need to credit me (though it would be nice). It's so simple that I can't really feel any sense of accomplishment for it.
