He asked NOT anout ADDING FAME, he asked about INCREASING THE FAME REQUIRMENT to get the key to the Riverview, because He propably thought that 3 fame shouldn't be enough to have it.
Lol, I actually came across and killed the two mythic dawn members and already got keys to riverview.. Except people would yell at me when I went inside. Thanks for this, though.
If there's some aristocracy society you benefit from, some sort of questline then it's a different story. Right now I don't see the point in wanting that person to acknowledge you.
Nice concept. Maybe you could expand a little, so the owner indeed recognizes you when you've achieved the highest rank in the Arena, Fightewr- or Mages Guild; maybe one of those rank achievements would be your ticket in. So regardless whether your fame level is 3 or 45, when you're recognised as Grand Champion, Archmage, Master of the Fighter's Guild or perhaps the Hero of Kvatch, you get to go inside. Or maybe when you get Farwil Indarys -the son of the Count of Cheydenhal- out of the Oblivion Gate alive? Maybe you could even get the owner of Riverview send you an invitation? Or maybe you are important enough when you own an expensive fully furnished house, like the one in Skingrad?
you really should raise the required fame limit, like 50 or so. you could add something more in this, like quest for getting in. weren´t they skooma addicts? that could be one quest. improve this, becouse the idea is good. i wanted to enter the riverview myself too.

In default oblivion there are 2 npcs that belong to mythic dawn faction living there.
