I'm going to get the boarder lines for the New Tamirel World Space and add them so I'll look into that and Talk with Onra about the resizing as he gave me the figures to work with his highmaps
Just thought you might want to know: You must open the new map in an image editing program, like "Gimp" and resize/scale it to the default map ratio of size. As it is, the size ratio is wrong. I had to look at the default map and divide its X axis by the Y axis to get the correct scale to resize your map to. Take the result, 0.8905 multiplied by the X axis(328of your map gets the result for the correct Y axis(height). It has to be resized to 3288 X 2928 and the .esp for it needs to be edited in the 'world space' -- 'Tamriel' for the new numbers.

the extra Icons file has Sutch, Bartholm and Castle Dunkerlore on it

I'm not totaly sure but maybe try enlarge the image about 25 to 30 percent see if that does it,. do keep in mind tho that is a guess
