Description
===========
New options in the spellmaking and enchanting menus. Enchant items with summoning magic, buff your allies with Bound item spells.

Details
=======
Pretty simple. When you're in the enchanting or spellmaking menu, new options will be available:
- Bound item spells can be made Touch or Target. Useful for buffing up your allies.
- Summon creature and bound item magic effects are available when enchanting.

When an item is enchanted with a bound weapon effect, wearing that item gives you a permanent bound weapon. If you switch weapons or sheath it, the bound weapon will be immediately re-equipped. Don't wear multiple items enchanted with bound weapon effects.

When an item is enchanted with a creature summoning effect, wearing the item will summon that creature to your side just like casting a summon spell. There are a few limitations:
- The creature counts toward your conjuring limit. So if you try to summon another creature, it will dissapear. Of course if you use a mod that allow multiple summons, you can have multiple summoned creatures.
- If the creature dies, you must wait 10 seconds before it will be summoned back to your side. This time is configurable in the .ini file.
- Enchanting an item with a summon effect is extremely expensive. Prices can be individually configured in the .ini file.

For technical reasons, bound armor enchantments are not possible.

In the NewEnchantingAndSpellmakingOptions.ini file you can set the summon respawn timer, change enchantment prices, and enable/disable individual effects.

Known Issues
====================
This mod uses the SetScript function from OBSE: "This function is currently considered a Beta function which will get official support after it gets some more testing." Though no problems using this function were found in testing (and the limited circumstance in which it is used should be safe), for now this mod should be considered a beta release. Use at your own risk.
