A Better Cheydinhal House for Sale

DESCRIPTION:

this mod replaces the interior of the cheydinhal house for sale. you will get a third floor, a basement, sofas and chairs, a bathtub and an alchemical sorter (with COBL). look at the screenshots. they will say more than words.
you can switch almost any light source on and off with fire and frost. daylight and some candles switch on / off at night.
you still have to buy the house and the furniture as usual. (just follow the quest if you never did this before).
no changes were made to the exterior.

INSTALLATION:

copy the contents of this archive to your data folder, enable the files you want to use.

if you already own the house:
take all of your stuff out of the house! otherwise it may be lost.
if you already bought some or all of the furniture, load the game, open the console and type 'StartQuest SCH77'. wait 5 seconds before you enter the house.

to uninstall this mod open the console and type 'StartQuest SCH77' and DON'T enter the house again until you uninstalled this mod. use BAIN (wrye bash) to remove the files. i use many common resources that are most likely in use by other mods too. BAIN won't delete files in use.



KNOWN ISSUES and COMPATIBILITY:

- objects from other mods that were added to the cheydinhal house won't be at the right place, i.e. invisible for you.
