I got a strange bug after installing and bashing this in place of the UOP: Bandits in Cursed Mine were spawning but not moving until I got really close. They had pants on but no shirt or gear, even though it was in inventory. I could shoot at them, but arrows pass through completely to land behind. I checked with RefScope and they had multiple (10+) instances of "UOP Guard Bow Fix". Once I get closer and they equip their gear, I can shoot them, but they immediately teleport as if the AI were only just updating their movement.
All this disappeared once I put the original UOP 328 back on and took this file out.
I looked at this file, and it looks like a complete replacement of the UOP. If all it changes are weapon stats, shouldn't it be just a file to overwrite UOP weapon entries?
I tried opening it but got an error and the TES CS wanted to create a duplicate entry to resolve it.
