......Well then why don't you just get rid of those "darker" mods if you want more lighting, instead of creating a mod that counters another mod?.. doh... ;-P
jk... Actually it's great : I found it so weird that such a big city didn't use any lighting during night! Even the tiniest village should have at the very least one outdoor "public" lighting, not to mention every house in the wild, but no, everyone lives in the dark in Cyrodiil... Thanks, I'll try it right away!

Fantastic mod adds that extra coolness to the imperial city, with darker nights or aws weather mod, it looks fantastic.
