Guards(Or responsible citizens) attack the player when they wear the Dark Brotherhood armor or robe instead of arresting them. People call you a murderer and you get a bounty that sticks. NOT based on the grey cowl.

Description:
With this mod, guards, or anyone who reports crimes who catch you wearing the Dark Brotherhood armor(Or robe) will attack you, and you will receive a bounty of 1000 gold(Or whatever the bounty for murder is set to in your mods). This will ONLY happen if you are ACTUALLY SEEN WEARING THE ARMOR. This is not based on the Grey Cowl script.

The armor does not have a separate bounty. When you are caught with it, your bounty sticks, even if you escape and unequip it. However if you are caught again after you have escaped and still have a bounty, guards will not attack you on sight, instead they will try to arrest you.
When you are caught with it on, people will shout "MURDERER!" "SOMEONE'S BEEN MURDERED!" Guards will not accept your yields while you wear the armor or robe. You will have to either kill them, or escape.
If you already have a bounty, the guards will try to arrest you for that instead of attacking you.

Now the super light armor with awesome enchantments that you get without really doing anything is more balanced.

Installation:
Extract the esp file into your Data folder and check it in OBMM. Requires Oblivion Script Extender.

How it works:
It uses three separate scripts to cut down on CPU usage, and only one of which runs on gamemode.
When the Dark Brotherhood armor is equipped on the player, the player is moved into a faction that guards have -100 disposition to. When the player is detected, an invisible guard is moved to the player using the moveto function, which then starts combat with the player, which causes all of the guards in the area to start combat with the player additionally. This invisible guard is then killed using another function, with the player tagged as the murderer. This causes npcs to shout "Someone's been murdered!" "Murderer!" etc. The invisible guard has a script on him that moves him to a different cell when he is killed, and resurrects him for later re-use.

There are extra functions in place to ensure that if you have not already murdered someone, this mod will set the ispcamurderer to 0 after the invisible guard is killed, so you will not receive a visit from the darkbrotherhood if you found this armor without having already murdered someone. A function also removes the murder from the player's misc stats that would have been added by the invisible guard being killed.

When you remove the Dark Brotherhood armor, you are removed from the invisible faction that all guards have a -100 disposition to. Your bounty will remain. This does not work like the Grey Cowl where it has it's own bounty. I thought mods that did that were silly, so I made this, and it works perfectly.

Use this mod however you wish. In your own mods, on other sites, etc. You don't even have to mention me if you don't want to. Use this esp however you see fit. You download it - It's yours to do with as you like. I don't have anything included in this mod that marks it as my own in any way.
