The plugin for Kvatch expects there to be an esm present, but Kvatch currently does not use an esm - does the plugin for that mod actually need the esm, or just the mod itself installed but it tags everything it knew at the time about Kvatch being necessary even though it just requires the Kvatch esp?
I installed the latest version of Kvatch Rebuilt and it came without an esm like you said. Just download the German version of Kvatch Rebuilt and place its esm file in the data folder.
The OOO patch looks bugy. It not only contains the changes to Light, but also duplicates most or all of the items placed in the cells by OOO and in about half the cases reposition things, even Doors. Also the Thievery patch doesn't actually do anyting; it just copies the Crypt of Brynne cell without altering the lighting. I assume the merged patch will have the same problems. EDIT: the OOO is not a problem as long as you use the C.Light + NoMerge or Deactivate "Bash Tag", since then only the changes to lighting will carry through. Still, the patch ought to be fixed and re-uploaded.
Wrye Bash does this automatically when you add the esp into the data folder, place it/them right after the original LTBD esp's and then rebuild the patch.
Not sure what you mean by "not a problem as long as you use" since the user doesn't have to do anything, just bash it up (which anyone using multiple mods should be doing, and let them not to their own peril).

That said, for me Wrye Bash only adds the C.Light and Deactivate tags, which means the entire patch gets merged into the bashed patch if I don't manually add the NoMerge tag or manually deselect it from merging. I don't know if it NEEDS to touch as much as it does for some reason (I would think not), but I do know that the door to exit the Ayleid Ruin Barastas had it's teleport broken by this patch being merged; leaving the player trapped inside. I'm not sure if there's anything else it breaks.
Ahh, ok, just got back into modded oblivion again after a 'little' while, and I am going to do the same as you say - not sure I know why I left that post above, to be honest. Prior to coffee, is what I shall claim as my excuse! :-P :-)
How come when I have this mod installed and when I launch Oblivion, the game closes only a few seconds after I launch it. Oblivion works just fine when the mod isnt installed. Can someone please help me? I really want to use this mod.
I am confused on the cyrodiil + SI. Is this for using instead of the original Let there Be Darkness plugin? I am using the original so if I use this I just uninstall it?
