I have installed using NMM but it is not showing up in the location shown in one of the user images. Is there any other location this should be other than at the edge of the water at the mouth of the Niben? Installed/uninstalled/installed again, still not showing up. Any ideas? Thx.
Inside the Niben Bay Ranch House there is a door to another room that is locked and says that it requires a key, however I've been unable to track down the key, anyone able to find it, or was it never released?
All the horses and Unicorns on this ranch are beautiful, but the Unicorns follow the player, somewhat aggressively (too closely and get glitched into doorways).
I prefer Zira's Clydesdale Horses instead. They are sturdier, stronger and more cooperative -- and did I mention they are stunningly handsome?!

@EvilOssie: Yes, this mod conflicts with the Villages mod. I found the dead sailer from the Villages 1.1 mod hanging in mid-air in the Niben Bay Horse Ranch.
The Dragon Caption team has recently released some updates for Villages, though I didn't confirm if it fixes any conflicts like what we have encountered: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36522
Installed and works beautifully; I love this mod it is just perfect. All of the horses are fit for royalty and their outfits are just fantastic, thank you.

The horses are invisable, except for Bridal and/or eyes. The buildings are purple, and lots of the <!>. can someone help?
i have tried re-installing. is there anyway to change where the mod gets the information? if yes i might be able to fix it myself.
