In Tamriel, In Niben Bay opened new horse ranch. His name: Niben Bay Horse Ranch.
There is 7 version a new equipment on the horses. The horses: not wander, essential,
their speed is equal to the speed of the Black horse. There are more empty stables
on the Ranch. The empty place other mods his (not wandern) horses brings.
There is a farmhouse on the Ranch, it is possible to sleep there.

INSTALL:
========

Place the folders of the mod in the corresponding
folders (texture to texture, meshes to meshes) of the your
OBLIVION/DATA folder along with the
Zira's Niben Bay Horse Ranch.esp file, check this .esp, and play.
