If you can, could you fix the CTD problem before you start getting into modding for Skyrim? I started playing today and couldn't find out what happened when I first started fighting the orcs at the front gate and it just Crashed.
This mod looks wonderful, can't until it's finished. While it may not be complete, I'm gonna endorse it my gratitude for thinking up this concept. It really would give oblivion a better meaning. Seriously, even the great gate sucked in vanilla oblivion. So cheers
I really cant wait till the mod is done! This is a beautiful concept i have been looking for for a long time. I hope somebody with modding experience comes along and looks at this. This mod deserves more acknowledgement than it gets.
After going to the Imperial City and delivered the Orc Invasion message, I went out and was instantly teleported near a farm. I continued to walk and fighted a Wolf. After walking a minute and two, it instantly crashes.
Also, on the comments about Kvatch, you could most likely get permission from one of the people that have already re-made Kvatch to use there city in your mod to alleviate some of the time consumed by mod making. ie. Kvatch Rebuilt (uploaded by Elessar_VPR) in its final settings
I have successfully talked to Socius about the battle plans, engaged near the gate, all without crash. Shortly there after I attempted the Quest leading into Castle Anvil, Upon entering through the alternate entrance there was sounds of combat, and dead orcs everywhere. No matter where I looked in the castle I could not find another Orc to engage in combat. I am unsure whether this is another glitch, or just in response to the work-around that I used in order to bypass the original one. Thanks for any help that can be provided on this topic, and if you need more specifics message me, I was vague in this comment to avoid spoilers for those that can not pass the battle plans part. Thanks Again
