its not a beautiful estate at all, its actually very poor looking and ugly, but nice try newbie, just keep trying and you may make a nice mansion, i don't believe you tried too hard in this one, but i wish you good luck.
To correct the missing meshes and textures for the Foxlair Sign located at the Blue Road gate to the estate download the Foxlair Estate v3.0 Sign Fix file.
where is the The Underdark, Relm of Northfork v0.59 I can't find it on the site.
Sorry about the typo error. The correct spelling of the mod is Underdark Realm of Northdark. You can find the file by using the search function and typing in Underdark OMOD. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I have corrected same in the information section for Foxlair Estate.
