   I can fix the cant sit on chairs or couches problem but, without the modder's permission, I cant do anything

   The textures of these 2 weapons seem to be corrupted. Although I don't know much about Oblivion modding (got more important things to do) I got the idea to check them via the OBMM Nif viewer. Doing that they could not be loaded and hence give error messages.
   
   Edit: It's a texture error
