The way that armor and clothes work is that they replace the body part they cover. If your character has H-cup when nude and you put on an A-cup top (either armor or clothes) you'll now appear to have A-cup breasts. Some of the various bodies around have mismatching waist, wrist or ankle seams if you use items not designed for that body (so if you put on greaves designed for SPB28 Double Melons A when wearing a cuirass designed for HGEC H-cup you'll see a waist seam where the bodies don't line up for example).
If you search for mod uploader named Nephenee13 you'll see a LightGUTS replacer listed. Only issue with it is no boots designed for the GUTS legs, so there is some clipping. Make sure to read the readme, as some textures from this mod are required (unless you like the look of the vanilla textures).
That sounds like the Steam archive invalidation problem (for some reason Steam re-dated all the vanilla game BSAs to current date, so then the replacers like this one are 'older' than the original assets from the BSAs, thus breaking archive invalidation). To fix the problem you need to re-date the vanilla BSA files (e.g. Oblivion - Meshes.bsa and Oblivion - Textures - Compressed.bsa) to their original dates (should all be back in 2006). You can either try the 'Reset BSA Timestamps' button on the OBMM Archive Invalidation dialogue (click 'Utilities' then select 'Archive Invalidation' from the menu) or you can use a utility like File Date Changer 161 to change the year back to 2006.
Alright, found a solution, just created my own exe and replaced the .nif files with yours, for those that couldnt get the fur and iron armor of yaarm to work all you have to do is use your construction kit and it solved the problem, i believe it may have something to do with steam not allowing oblivion to recognize the source of the replacement .nif
been trying to get this and your fur mod to work for quite a few hours now without success, for some reason, the replacers just wont show i dont understand why, is there a solution to this? Thanks
@ crowdidly Don't know if you found a solution yet but maybe i can help someone. I used the gauntlet and boot mesh from room207's Iron remodel to fix the black gloves and off-fitting boots by copying and pasting to the f folder from m under meshes in my oblivion folder. Looks nice to me but maybe you'll find another mesh you like.
