If you're using their mod? you probably need to get their permission. If you're just using the book texts from Daggerfall, then the only one who can object is Bethesda.
One of the King Edward books had no price set and wouldn't appear in the vendor's list, this can be quickly fixed with Tes4edit, just thought I'd mention it
I love reading the books in Oblivion and learning about the world (always have loved when games have stuff like this; it shows the effort put into the game world) and adding books from the older games is great for people like me who aren't used to the difficulty of the older games and therefore tend not to get far enough to get to the books.
