I've had no issues with the game crashing myself. But there does seem to be somethings missing. I enabled the mod before buying the house in Chorrol and a good chunk of the furniture is not there. All the Christmas decorations show but nothing that belongs in the house does Nor did Seed-Neeus give me the option of buying the furniture while the mod is enabled.
Also there are three missing Meshes. The first is in front of the fireplace, the other two are upstairs in the master bedroom. Easy to remove in game buy using the "Disable" console command but I do hate doing that since you could be disabling something else in game also..
