The new version changes it from a spell to a piece of clothing that can be equipped. Only one piece of clothing instead of 8 or so spells and the clothing will not unequip any other clothing you wear. It will keep the weather constant unless you are near an oblivion gate even during fast travel.
ima a rp freak and this goes directly to the style of thinking that the weather effects your mood. this definantly makes the game more enjoyable. ty but i think its kinda funny ">

Should this mod go under Environmental?
Only usable in the Shivering Isles, and only once a day.
