Allows you to travel to the nuculear wastelands in oblivion.

If you check your world map there should be a marker called Bunker. Travel to it and you should be near a trap door, go through it and u will enter a bunker. There should be a book on a crate inside the bunker. This book is actually a scroll. Cast it and you should see a message then you will enter the bunker after the bombs have dropped.
I understand this version isnt even nearly finished this is purely so you can get a taste of whats to come

Version 1.3: Adds a wastelanders hideout on an island in the wastelands. To get there you take a boat nearby where you start. Once you arrive you will see a farm house and stables you can explore this but it is not the main addition, although it will add some info on the nuclear explosion. You will have to battle past some raiders, But will eventually reach a sewer gate with two gaurds. Enter the sewers and explore to your hearts content. The Market tunnel is empty though.
