I've enjoyed this addition to my games for several years now and it has been overdue for an endorsement. Sure there are a few very small bugs in it, but they are very easy to over look considering the fun this mod brings to the game.
I've had this mod included in most of my Oblivion installs over the years. I find some of its features really helpful and fun against the increased difficulty presented by FCOM and Deadly Reflexes and such.
I am not willing to endorse this file as there are missing meshes that cause the game to crash. I like the idea of the traits, but until the mod is fixed, its not worth using in my Oblivion set up.
The mesh in question is right next to the chest where you get your traits from outside the Imperial Sewer entrance. You need to go back, look through your mod and fix the issue before I will recommend this mod to anyone.
" Ability: Plane Touched - The ELementalist was exposed to the nether at a very young age and has (+50 Magicka, 10 Spell Absorption, Magicka Regeneration +2) "
Sounds pretty powerful. Touched by the nether? Sounds like a bad uncle, if you get my drift.
I suggest you (the author) change the term 'nether' to something less .. suggestive. Else immature people like me might just interpret it wrong.
Tried it, the uninstalled. Aside from being greatly overpowered, there aren't enough options. It's probably just personal preference, but I would've liked to see many more classes, but with fewer powers... perhaps 30 classes with just a few skill tweaks and one or two powers each. With only 7 (or whatever it is) classes included in this mod, you can't hardly encompass every playing style.

Sorry guys.
