The file also appears to be missing the .nif for the reward ring for completing the quest. According to the construction set (almost called it the GECK, lol), it should be at meshes/clothes/ring/imperialhero.nif, but I don't see it anywhere in my directories or in the .zip. The Icon for it similarly seems to be missing. The textures, however, are indeed in the .zip.

No, the only difference is that the "KieranFleshRobesShade.esp" makes the hoods cast a shadow ,(Like this http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12870). Also, if you use both ESPs at the same time, they might conflict.
