Sorry about the delay on my response- lots of computer woes.
Since I've recently started Oblivion from scratch, I'll need to DL my own mod and see if I get the same issues. Hopefully the tower mesh resource is still available; then I can re-upload any fixes.
*EDIT* OK, took a look and sure enough, I'm a n00b. I did indeed forget to put in the tower meshes from the resource; this'll be fixed in a jiff. The other meshes are from Shivering Isles, so I'll mark that as a prerequisite in the readme and file info.
I installed this mod together with (before) the demo esp from the original modders resource as suggested. Both mods are at the bottom of my load list.
I have the same problem as peanutmonk and nessarose though. Could you explain how to fix this please because it looks like such an enjoyable mod! Thanks!

I found out the falling-through-the-floor and invisible walls problem were due to forgetting to install the meshes and textures from the modders resource pack >.<
Only issues left is a big yellow exclamation mark above the book on the desk, and the duplicate portals to go back inside. For the rest it looks grand, thanks!
What seems to be happening is that, the esp you've provided doesn't actually replace the tower mesh. Although I have several plugs running, nothing else alters any off the exterior cells round the IC so I don't think it's a conflict, but as I have all the modding skills of a spastic wombat I can't say for certain.
For anyone else who's hit the same hiccup, the workaround that functioned for me is to download the original modder's resource (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24134) and run the test plugin on top of this one. The extraneous portal looks a bit ugly, but I figure five minutes in the construction set could get it out of the way.
Aside from that, love it - much more satisfying a find in the archmage's quarters than vanilla.
Hmm, will hafta investigate the floor issue. I've had to completely reinstall the game recently, among other distractions, so I haven't visited my own tower much.
I'm pretty sure I'm not running any conflicting mods, but my companions and my character keep falling through the floor. Apparently it's fixable, but you might want to include an explanation of how to do that. ^^'
Hmm, I musta missed something when I put the BSA together, it would explain the missing steam textures (the purple squares) you seem to see. I'll go back in and see what I missed and get a patch uploaded.
Something's not right... The walls are untextured on the inside, the windows are solid from the outside, and there are large purple squares floating out of the bath. Is there anything else required for the bsa to work?

Cheers,

Otherwise looks great
P.S. I love the IC tower topper, too!
