I'm not sure if i need to post this here or on the original mod page, so I'm going to post it on both. does the "tir" rune do anything? every other rune will cause a message to appear telling me something increased, but not with the tir rune. its also worth far more than the other runes, which makes me think it might be just for money purposes.

The package is from Delivery Job, which comes bundled in Better Cities. It's a mod that adds a postal buildings in each city, along with repeatable quests to deliver packages to vendors around Cyrodiil and get paid. Good for low level characters.
