I got tired of having three seperate spells, so I tried the whistle item...That didn't turn out well, since the horse liked to get stuck if it wasn't placed too far off, or just plain bug out...
This reponds perfectly, and I love it that the spell is context sensitive, reducing it to one spell, thats all. LOVE IT!
IMHO, this mod is the best way to summon/control mounts. Never worry about losing your horse again. Kudos to Ryuujin for excellent and easy mechanism.
And the best part? You can call your mount even in other worlds in Tamriels (and mods that add their own worldspaces).
I love the horse neighing when it emerges from thin air upon my summoning, and comes galloping to me.
EDIT: This mod works with most of the mounts/horses and control mods. If you like new horses, try the horse mods by AlienSlof. I like Zira's Clydesdale horses very much.
Horse Management mod is an excellent mod for a horse ecosystem: it adds custom Stable Markers (make a section of your home/abode mod as your own stable!), stable supplies (hay, water, carrots/oats, blankets, heater, etc) and city stable services.
I recommend the Horse Turn Speed Modular, if you face difficulties in the horse riding. Kuertee's Horse Commands v4 has Horse command, Simple Saddlebags and Horse Speed Equals Player Speed. L's Mounted Looting mod and Mounted Combat mod (Deadly-Reflex-compatible mounted spellcasting/trampling/steering) are also very useful mods.
Most of these mods work well with Ryuujin's Command Mounts and Horses. If you face a problem, try juggling the mod load order.

I love this 3 in one spell, it's much nicer when my hotkeys aren't cluttered with 3+ spells to tell my horse to do a few simple and common things. :3
