The ESP seems to change the door in the Market District (cell ICMarketDistrict02) leading to the bridge to the prison to instead leave you in a large water-filled cell called "Wilderness" (probably Wilderness001).
Haven't had a look at the dungeon itself yet, but I trust it's as good as your other ones.
The Cave of Wishcraft (Version 1_0) is defective. There may be missing textures if you use it. The file paths are only correct for computers configured like the one the mod was created on. The Cave Of Wishcraft 1_1 has texture paths that should work on all computers.
