!beta! Willpower based magic resistance OBSE mod. This mod uses no ini files, just clever scripting and two spells, one resist magic spell and one weakness to magic spell. based on the Willful Resistance formula found in the mod\'s readme file.

The effect applies itself to just the player. I would fix the problem, but Willful Resistance does the same thing i plan on doing. So, users should just get the Willful Resistance mod instead... at least for now.

I just found a bug that prevents other script effects from running while this mod is active.
Mod version has been set to 0.9

When someone found a conflict with my Parry and Cancel mod and the Willful Resistance mod, i decided to investigate the problem.
Well, I noticed that the mod uses ini files and activators in a somewhat complicated manner and trying to make my simple mod work through all that wouldn't be easy.
So, i decided to make my own version of the mod with my original code and Willful Resistance's formula. The only reason i used his formula is because he seems to know how the other TES games treated the willpower effect.
The formula is, "With default settings you receive 1% Weakness to Magic per point of Willpower below 50, and 0.24% Resistance to Magic per point above 50."
