If not for OBSE these mods that require more complex scripting wouldn't exist. It's like saying: dammit all of the good cars require engines, and I can't get an engine. Damn those engines!!! Cars should be pulled by horses because I have a horse!!!

There ya go. I realized today that when I editted descriptions last night I forget to tell you how to get the spell now. I removed the crystal ball I originally had in the market district and instead now you can get it by typing StartQuest PPAssasinsRushQuest
This is one of many many spells I'm creating so I won't add this to any vendors individually, but eventually I'll have them all and impliment them into the game world.
