    There is an error in this mod that will affect you if you a still entering and closing Oblivion gates after doing the main dungeon quest from this mod.
    The last Oblivion gate, leading to Bofgroth Tower 1rst floor, used in the Kumiko Family crypt is a base vanilla object rather than a copy with scripts removed, and is a Tamriel to oblivion type gate that gets set as the "Active Oblivion gate" when you go through it.  So, the next time you get a sigil stone in a sigilium sangilis, instead of closing that gate , you close the this one back in the dungeon, and you do not teleported out of the sigilium sangilus.

    To fix that, AFTER* finishing the Bofgroth dungeon quest,  and before entering any other Oblivion gate, you can use the console command
    CloseCurrentOblivionGate
    which will close the one in the dungeon, and also teleport you back to its location, from which you will need to use a console command or teleport spell to leave.
    The other two gates before it are base on Oblivion to Tamriel type gate, and do not have this problem.

    *if you close it before finishing the dungeon quest, you will find yourself stuck back at the gate location without being to progress in the dungeon.

    Where is this mod author? SkyrimSE is out and only one mod author has put a player home out as comprehensive as this one. I miss this mod author!!! Come back to us Academician!!!

    Hey I haven't run a mod before, I'm trying to use this one but after I install it nothing changes ingame. At the data files on the main page there are only 3 things
    DLCShiveringIsles.esp
    Knights.esp
    Oblivion.esm

    is that right? because there is nothing there south of the town. I went up and down the coast for an hour. Any help would be great.

      Same here Never showed up on the map or anything.. spent hours looking for it SUX

      If you don't have bBorders=0 set in your .ini file you won't be able to reach this house. It was built just outside the borders the original developers put into the game. Navigate to your oblivion folder (or your documents, can't remember which) and find your oblivion.ini file. Open it up with notepad and then his cntrl and F and type "bBorders" into the search field. When the search bar scrolls down to bBorders=1 change the value to 0 and save the file. Hit yes when it asks you if you want to overwrite the file.

    Tried launching the .exe file 3 times. Doesnt work. If it needed shivering isles or some kind of plugin that I didnt already have they should have said so.

    A nice mod, but it doesn't fit in with my Oblivion. There are a lot of nice features in this mod. For example, the mage tower is well done and there is ample storage for weapons and things if you are a collector. I did get a kick out of the provision of Coke, well done on that! There are some things that didn't make sense to me, such as the alchemical lab that was exposed to the downpour while I was there. Overall, this is a decent mod, just not for me.

    if you have the steam version, the default install path is wrong, make sure you set it to ur data folder in steam

    I'm seeing huge land tears and divided river with UL Blackwood; just to clarify, I do not have Glenvar Castle. If I load Kumiko prior to Blackwood, there are tears past the manor mausoleum and around the cave entrance. They are huge and not ignorable. If I load Blackwood UL first, there are huge tears at the beginning of the path just outside of Leyawiin that leads to the manor and a weirdly divided river to the east.

    Huge, I tell you. Too bad, the views from the alchemy outside desk and the top of the tower were gorgeous.

    this mod is so annoying...and that 1st puzzle is bugged..with the HILT SWORD..i end up in a vicious circle all i can push is LEMPE ENQUE OTSO LEMPE ENQUE OTSO LEMPE ENQUE OTSO LEMPE ENQUE OTSO forever..lame
