   Well I like where this is going. I do think the textures are a bit off, like the Oht glyph on the chair seems a bit out of place. Although admittedly that's without seeing how they look under lighting with normalmaps, or specular maps, etc... and hey, the textures don't have to be perfect anyway; they serve as a resource to make exactly what's needed and that's what counts. ">

   It is a modders resource and therefore you add the furniture to the game yourself using the CS.
   
   I added a esp to put the furniture in a ready state to drag and drop into the render window of the CS.
