Change: Spells renamed and mod text cleaned up a bit

Compatibility: Value of Soul Gems now based on iSoulLevelValueX rather than static values; This makes it compatible with mods that change the default values, so you always get the right soul gem types.
Bugfix: Spell no longer creates a soul gem if the item isn't enchanted
