About this mod

This mod was originally intended to enhance FPS rates by doing away with torches and otherwise flaming objects (i.e. candles and lit fireplaces).

Permissions and credits
Miners in Skingrad came across a mine filled with Welkynd crystals. Upon mining, the men discovered an absolutely gargantuan, supercharged cluster of Welkynd, dubbed the Welkynd Meteor by Adrienne Berene. With the help of the Mages Guild, Cound Janus Hassildor had this massive crystaline powerplant, too large to fit through the mine entrance, teleported into Skingrad where it was suspended - mostly thanks to its own immense power - above the Great Chapel of Julianos. There, it provides luminous power to other Welkynd crystals mined from the cave. Of interesting note to the Mages Guild is the fact that while the Meteor's power charges nearby humanoids and Welkynd crystals already steeped in its immense power, it has no effect on regular crystals.

Installation:---
Made for OBMM with TES CS, stuffed together nice and neat in this pretty little 7zip package, and ready for simple installation using OMOD. Thus, the below installation guide is intended for people totally new to OBMM.
1.)Open Oblivion Mod Manager
2.)Click “Create” at the bottom of the window.
3.)Click “Add Archive”, then locate and open “Welkynd Meteor x.x.7z”.
4.)Click “Create omod” at the bottom of the Omod Creator window.
5.)Double click “Welkynd Meteor x.x” in the OMOD list (center of the window) or select it and click the “Activate” at the bottom.
6.)You should see a blue square next to the name on the OMOD list and “Welkynd Meteor.esp” in the list to the left with a checkmark next to that name. The mod is ready for use. Close OBMM and boot up Oblivion.
Note that Oblivion Mod Manager is REQUIRED for this mod. I don't know why, but when I attempted to run it "straight out of the box" as it were, it removed most changes I made. Once I applied it as an OMOD, it worked fine, so I don't recommend anyone attempt a manual installation here.

Sounds a lot like mutual access, doesn't it?
Have fun.
