lol now i know why my fps is a little laggy (using blades 2048x2048 lod) and i got a ati 5850 1gb card will try these instead n let u know what i think.(i am also running 190 mods currently which prob don't dont help but i still get 30-40 fps) hopefully these work with bomret's texture overhaul for both cyodil and si.

Could you recolor the "border region" where are snow textures? I think the snowy part is not so bright and "snowy", the white just light grey. I always wanted a really big bright snowy mountain in the distant. Anyway your color mod is really nice and sharp.

I have given this file my endorsement.

Going Through My Download History to give Endorsements to all the Worthy Mods/Utilities I'm using. Great Work!

Thanks for the answer. I tried your mod last night, I used all textures the size of 2048 and it works just fine and the quality is no less than ones with 4096 size. Marvelous mod! You are a really FPS saver! <img class="> Certanly, my endorsement. Will try and mix it with RAEVWD. Keep up the good work and I can`t wait Unique Landscapes LODs! <img class=">

The forts & ruins are from RAEVWD. That mod will cut your fps in half unless you drastically lower the number of distant objects as advised in their readme.

My mod will only change the landscape textures, but it is split up to effectively lower the vram useage. I recommend 2048 for the Main Landscape & Important Areas, and 1024 for the rest. This looks amazing and is only 14MB of vram more than default, opposed to full 4096 which is 113MB more than default (plus another 48MB if you were using blade 2048 border textures).

Each texture resolution is 4 times larger than the previous:
    512 (0.5 MB) -> 1024:default (2 MB) -> 2048 (8 MB) -> 4096 (32 MB)
2048 has the best Graphics vs cost ratio.
1024 has the best Performance vs cost ratio.

Keep in mind that my textures look comparable to half a resolution upgrade (1024 looks like 1536, and 2048 looks like 3072).

Hello. I need some info, as a noob, about your mod and these LOD`s generally. Recently I installed some other LOD`s the size of 4096 x 4096 and, despite a powerful graphic card, it caused major frame rate drop and, as I see it from your images, you trully see all forts/caves/etc. from the distance which was not the case with the ones I have only distant land was better. Now, if I install your texture LOD`s over the ones I have, will I see distant forts/caves/etc.? Thanks.

Yep, I just recently finished a tool and method for making high quality landscapes. I'm currently working on making the compatibility patches. I've just uploaded Elsweyr Anequina. Soon I should have a few Unique Landscapes done and I'll add Elsweyr+UL compatibility (and eventually Leyawiin reborn). <img class=">

Those look great! Could you do the same to the major:
Mods? There are not too many lods:

    - Let the People Drink
    - Unique Landscapes
    - Elsweyr Anequina

Don't remember if thos include lods too:

    - Lost Spires
    - New Roads and Bridges Revised 4.44

    Thanks :-)

    Great, great work!

Updated the readmes, added an omod version, and added an omod script to the 4096 lod color package.
