I extracted it into my oblivion data folder, and activated but.. well.. nothings changed... theres no new people theres just the same people u see, what am i doing wrong?
Last time I tried this one, I had the crash in Anvil too.
That crash was related to one of The Dark Brotherhood quest.. with that guy you have to wait for at the Statue (not really a spoiler) .. anyway.. Just to say that after that Anvil was crashfree for me.
I wish I had read these comments earlier. I couldn't figure out why going to anvil would sometimes crash my game... it would be nice if oblivion had a good logging system so I could figure out why this mod crashes when you try to enter Anvil.
For now I guess I'll just leave it off, but it really did make the towns seem populated.
