You can save and run this file from anywhere, your Oblivion folder will be read from the registry (Supports 32bit/64bit Windows).
Everytime, after you update Wrye Bash, simply rerun the bash-ini.pyw once to add ini support.
With this you no longer need to check "Has Extra Directories" on Bain archives that use the Data\ini folder
