Introduction:

Adrift Sanctuary is a player home nearby Cheydinhal, somewhat in the wilderness. It can be obtained through a simple quest, that starts by finding the body of the nephew of the late owner (near Fyrelight cave, on the road from Skingrad to Kvatch, see screenshot). A full backstory on the Sanctuary can be found as a diary on the first floor.

There is a multipurpose Portal inside the house, which allows you to teleport to all the cities and your owned houses (it checks the keys). There's also a special stone (no longer a ring) that gives you a teleport-spell as long as you have it on you. This spell teleports you back to the sanctuary and the location it was used from is also available through the portal. The stone cannot be used in combat or in certain places (like oblivion).

Each time you teleport using the portal (recalling does not count) you will use up 1 charge. The portal can be recharged in the cave beneath the house, using either Welkynd Stones (25 charges) or Varla Stones (125 charges).

To configure the destination of the portal, or check the remaining charges, activate it in sneak-mode. The teleportation stone is inside the jewelry case in the bedroom.

Compatibility

The house is now also compatible with Unique Landscapes Arrius Creek! I recommend you try that mod as well, as it adds some very interesting landscape around the Adrift Sanctuary. Important: Load the Unique landscapes ESP first, then Adrift and lastly the patch.

Requirements:
- COBL Core (http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21104)
- Static Repair (included in the file)

If you just want to have a quick look ingame:
- Use ~ to open up the console
- Type 'coc AdriftMain' to teleport to the building
- Get the master key from the jewelry case on the first floot

Adrift Sanctuary contains:
- A quick switch to warp to the basement and back
- A day and night cycle (toggles the main light sources)
- Teleportation Spell to warp back to the sanctuary
- Portal that teleports to cities / houses / last recall
- Recharging system to somewhat balance teleporting
- Fireplace on/off - Including smoke outside!
- Cooking Pot - Simple cooking system with COBL items
- Relockable Doors - Sneak activate it to lock!
- Garbage Barrel - Delete items by emptying it
- Lots of named storage and a hidden Painting Storage
- A cave below the house with a Runestone that sustains the teleporting
- Backstory in diary-form that explains the past of the Sanctuary
- Alchemical Ingredients Sorter (COBL)
- Static Alchemy and Grinder (COBL)
- Mage Altar (COBL) - Once you reach sufficient rank in the Mage Guild
- The Luggage (COBL) - Once you unlock it at Anvil
- Dinner Plate, Water Barrel and Water Well (COBL)
