Description:
========

I found the wonderful models and animations from Kendo2_Gunman but I wanted to improve upon this mod in two ways. Firstly was those silly clothes, yes they're gone. Second was compatibility, Kendo2 changed the sounds and effect for damage health permanently which makes for some odd scenarios. (Wizards making shooting sounds etc) This mod uses OBSE functions so these changes only occur when you have a pistol equipped, when you unequipp it all of spell sounds and projectile speeds go back to normal.

When you equip a pistol the cast sound for it's main enchantment effect will be set to a gun fire sound and the projectile speed with be quadrupled. Once you unequip the pistol the casting sound and projectile speed will go back to normal. While this still leaves room for funny situations like mentioned earlier it is the best I can, this can always be avoided easily by not using a pistol when fighting mages.

I've also added an ammo system. Each pistol has three uses until you have to reload. To reload you simply must have some pistol ammo, while you have pistol ammo in your inventory you have a lesser power (aptly named Reload) which will recharge one use of your pistol.

After reloading one pistol ammo will be removed from your inventory. If you don't have a pistol equipped the reload spell will not take effect and you will not lose any ammo.

Currently the mod will overwrite all of your third person staff animations. I am looking into a way to see if I can get this to only take effect while a pistol is equipped. In the mean time it's not much of a bother, the animations still work with regular staffs and it actually looks kind of epic in my opinion.

Usage:

There is a new NPC in the F'ocsle in Anvil. He will sell you the pistols.

Issues/Conflict:
==========

- This may conflict with mods that change magic effects sounds by creating a brand new sound opposed to replacing the original one.

- If you use the UV attack with a pistol it looks a bit funny, the pistol floats a bit out from your hand. I can't fix this as it's just the way the mesh is, if I fix it the mesh wouldn't sit on the character correctly.

Things to be done:
============

- Look into a way to only replace animations while pistols are equipped.

- If anyone can find/create some good first person animations for this I would be glad to include them and give the creator credit for it.
