I would like to enter a problem with this mod though I think it is good, If you have not done the pilgrimage in Knights of the nine this mod interfer so you do not get a vision at the end of the quest so you cannot move forward
when I first load the mod I get the COBL warning about

Doing is usually a (somewhat) bad idea, since it means that the mod will interfere with any other mod that ~~intentionally~~ changes vanilla Oblivion scripts (e.g. UOP or Herman's Script Optimization).
This could be what killed the Kotn script
Be sure to load this mod with a mod manager that can undue any overrides when it uninstall the mod later.
Note also that there is a quest specific spell ZZZplayertransport that does not have "disallow spell absorb/ reflect" checked. Having a spell absorb or spell reflect effect on you (at the end of the battle) could block the spell and break the quest progression.
My biggest question before I even play this mod is do you eventually get your entire inventory back? I worked too hard for all those items to lose them permanently!
