   Well I think this needs it's own building. (just my personal taste) When you enter it sounds like the place is on fire. There's an opening where a door should be that just opens into a black region. I'd have to give it a 6 but I'm not rating because that would be harsh to rate a beta right away.

   um I've always wanted something like this without going to the testing hall but...where is it?
   
   Also I think there should be a quest where you ADD books from the Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. Does it also have the Oghma Infinium?
