@Sita I myself never used the Crogram files etc for game files, this is odd. I will check up on it once I finish my morrowind project.
@Lostonez I can't remember using any new meshes on the island except clothes for the npc's. When I reinstall oblivion I will see if this happens to me too. But I would look into other mods modifying the shivering isles portal island.
The mod is pretty cool at first seen, but problems with the cats whose textures must be something like Crogram Files instead of texturescreatures ... And my game is installed in D:Oblivion...

Its says am missing mesh where the shivering isles is and every time i fast travil to the ship I always end up deep in the water, most likely cause by the messing mesh on the island can someone help me figure out whats missing (i have Cobl installed.) I can make a screen shot if it will help.

It will probably not, I use quite a few things exclusive to Shivering Isles If it does, it will place a few things I placed on the island in the mid air and make a particular npc go crazy.
@ shane13 Only thing I can think of is conflicts with other mods :/
I use at the moment 83 different .esp files and 4 additional master files. That's not counting all the texture mods and the ones that don't use native oblivion data files like obse and wrye bash. And they do not conflict. If you could try it without other mods that may provide and answer. Also..
